These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Cartalotto ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "cartalotto.cam"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://cartalotto.cam and all associated services, products, features, and content offered thereon.

Cartalotto is an online casino and sports betting platform serving players in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions. By registering an account, accessing the platform, placing any bet or wager, or using any feature of the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

Your access to and use of the Cartalotto platform is conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By checking the acceptance box during registration, logging into your account, or using any feature of the service, you represent and warrant that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You are of legal gambling age (21 years or above) in your jurisdiction;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited;
• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete;
• You are acting on your own behalf as principal and not as an agent of any third party.

These Terms are published in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy between translated materials and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on Cartalotto, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Cartalotto does not permit access by persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of a Cartalotto employee involved in the operation of the Platform.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on this Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not have had a previous Cartalotto account terminated for violations of these Terms.
• You must be accessing the Platform as an individual natural person for personal entertainment purposes only — corporate entities, organisations, and groups may not register accounts.
• You must be accessing from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction prior to registering.

Each eligible player may register one account only. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid contact number. You must update your account details promptly if any of this information changes.

Cartalotto operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You will be required to submit identity documentation — including a valid Malaysian identification document (MyKad, Driver's Licence, or Passport), proof of address, and in some cases payment method verification — before the Platform processes your first withdrawal request or where we are otherwise required to verify your identity under applicable compliance standards.

Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until the verification is satisfied. Cartalotto reserves the right to withhold withdrawal of funds in accounts where KYC verification is outstanding or where documentation submitted cannot be verified as authentic.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Cartalotto account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

All transactions carried out from your account using your correct login credentials will be deemed to have been made by you, whether or not actually authorised by you. Cartalotto will not be held liable for any loss suffered as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify Cartalotto immediately by contacting our support team via live chat. We will investigate all reported incidents and may temporarily suspend the account pending investigation.

We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account where available, using a unique and complex password, and logging out of your account after each session, particularly when accessing the Platform from a shared or public device.

Cartalotto accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment channels for Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank Berhad, Hong Leong Bank), and USDT TRC20. Accepted payment methods are subject to change; the current list of accepted methods is displayed on the Platform at the time of deposit.

All account transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmation.

The following general terms apply to all financial transactions:

• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit into your account, or to a verified method in your own name.
• Cartalotto reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including documentation verifying the source of funds.
• Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per payment method and are displayed within the Platform's cashier section.
• Processing times vary by payment method: e-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval; bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• Cartalotto reserves the right to withhold processing of withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or where an account is under review for suspected fraud or Terms violations.

Cartalotto offers a range of bonuses, promotions, free spins, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in that promotion's individual terms.
• A maximum single bet limit applies while any active bonus is attached to your account — typically between RM250 and RM500. Placing a bet above this limit may result in forfeiture of the active bonus.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Video slots generally contribute 100%; table games, live dealer games, and sports bets may contribute a reduced percentage. Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have expiry windows (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from activation). Wagering requirements not met within the expiry window will result in the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings being forfeited.
• Cartalotto reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or cancel a bonus at any time if there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or violation of these Terms.
• Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including through multi-accounting, coordinated low-risk bonus clearing strategies, or any form of collusion — will have bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.
• Each player is entitled to claim each welcome or first-deposit bonus once only. Claiming a welcome bonus via a second or duplicate account constitutes bonus abuse.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Cartalotto platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your age, identity, or jurisdiction of residence.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from any unlawful activity, or using gambling activity to disguise the origin of illicitly obtained funds.
• Collusion: Co-ordinating with other players to achieve outcomes that exploit the Platform, including chip dumping in poker, match-fixing in sports markets, or any form of coordinated play designed to circumvent the Platform's house edge.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, interact with the Platform, or harvest information without prior written permission from Cartalotto.
• Exploiting Technical Errors: Intentionally exploiting any software error, glitch, or vulnerability in the Platform's systems. Any winnings derived from a provable software error may be voided at Cartalotto's discretion.
• Bonus Abuse: Any deliberate strategy designed to extract value from bonus offers beyond their intended purpose, including, without limitation, low-risk bet hedging, coordinated multi-account bonus claiming, or systematic exploitation of wagering requirements.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback with a payment provider for deposits made to your Cartalotto account while retaining funds in your wallet constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or play if you are under the age of 21.

All content on the Cartalotto platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, databases, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of Cartalotto or its content licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform;
• Use any data mining, scraping, crawling, or automated data-gathering tools on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of Cartalotto's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

Cartalotto is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools to help players maintain control of their gambling activity. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and should be approached as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income.

The following player protection tools are available to all registered accounts:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications to alert you when you have been active for a defined period.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict account access for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Cartalotto strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years. We reserve the right to verify the age of any player at any time and to suspend accounts where age verification cannot be satisfied.

Cartalotto reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at our sole discretion, including (without limitation) where:

• A player is found to have engaged in any Prohibited Activity as defined in Section 9;
• A player fails to satisfy KYC or age verification requirements within a reasonable time;
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or account compromise;
• A player has registered multiple accounts;
• A player has initiated an unjustified chargeback with a payment provider;
• A player has self-excluded and subsequently attempted to access the Platform.

Where an account is closed for non-fraudulent reasons (e.g., voluntary closure), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their verified payment method within 10 business days, subject to completion of outstanding KYC verification.

Where an account is closed due to fraud, Terms violation, or Prohibited Activity, Cartalotto reserves the right to retain all balances within that account as partial or full compensation for losses incurred as a result of the violation.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account should contact our support team via live chat, available 24/7 on the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cartalotto, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Loss of business or business opportunity;
• Damages arising from service interruption, system downtime, or technical errors;
• Damages arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.

The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While Cartalotto makes every commercially reasonable effort to ensure continuous service availability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Cartalotto reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document and, where practicable, provide notice to registered players via email or an in-Platform notification.

Your continued use of the Cartalotto platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately and may request account closure per Section 12.

We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. The current version of the Terms is always accessible at cartalotto.cam/terms-conditions.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cartalotto is licensed and registered to operate.

In the event of any dispute, Cartalotto operates a structured internal complaints resolution process:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint to our support team via live chat or email. All complaints are logged and assigned a reference number.
• Step 2 — Internal Review: A senior member of our compliance team will review the complaint and provide a written response within 10 business days.
• Step 3 — Escalation: If you remain unsatisfied with the outcome of the internal review, the matter may be escalated to the relevant regulatory or arbitration body applicable under Cartalotto's operating licence.

Players are encouraged to attempt resolution through our internal process before pursuing external escalation, as the majority of disputes are resolved satisfactorily through direct engagement.
